Our Team.

Our Nominated Individual and Director, Tonderai Chida has more than 7 years experience of working as a Support Worker and as a Health Care Assistant in various organisations and has gained numerous on the job trainings which are health care related. Tonderai has also studied BA Hons Accounting from the University of Bedfordshire, HND Diploma in Business Studies from Harare Polytechnic College in Zimbabwe and currently in final year studying a degree in Mental Health Nursing from the University of Hertfordshire. Tonderai brings a lot of knowledge and expertise in management and promoting human rights into the business.

Our Second Director, Nyarai Deborah Reuben has more than 6 years experience of working as a Support worker and Health care assistant with various companies. She also gained a lot of experience as a Mental Health Nurse. Nyarai attained a Diploma in Mental Health Nursing from Bedfordshire University, she also has a degree in Mental Health Nursing from University of Northampton. She later attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Visiting hence she brings a lot of cost management expertise into the business.

The Manager, Nyarai Deborah Reuben has got 13 years experience of working as a Health Care assistant and during this period he also worked as a Team Leader and Deputy Manager. Nyarai Deborah Reuben has got a degree in Mental Health Nursing and a Postgraduate in Health Nursing. She also possesses other in-house trainings which are: Abuse Awareness, Basic Infection Control, Administration of Medication, Emergency First Aid, Moving and Handling, Basic Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Compliance, Crisis Management, Fires, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding. Nyarai brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in management of human resources and service projects into the business.
